Showing Your Support For The WFCA
To help generate more targeted, flooring buyers to WFCA member stores the WFCA has launched a Spring 2011 ad campaign designed to increase interest in flooring, encourage consumers to look for the WFCA Retailer Seal and visit wfca.org - consumer flooring guide to find local WFCA member retailers. The campaign will appear in Good Housekeeping, Country Home, House Beautiful and Veranda and generate more than 34 million impressions. Be sure to prominently display your WFCA Retailer Seal in your store and on your website and get the recognition you deserve. Not a member? Join today at wfca-pro.org or call 800.624.6880.
The WFCA is continually looking for new ways to promote flooring to consumers and drive shoppers to the flooring members both online and offline. WFCA members enjoy many benefits and improved marketing reach because of the efforts of the WFCA. For example: the newly re-designed website offers consumers updated flooring advice, interior decorating information and a member store locator. The WFCA flooring store locator is also crawable by the search engines which means it will show up in the search engines results and member stores get targeted traffic as well as a boost to their website's link popularity. Most flooring suppliers don't even list aligned dealers' websites, nor are their store listings crawable by the search engines.
WFCA dealers and suppliers should also be linking back to the WFCA's website to show your support as well as to help promote the leading, unbiased flooring guide. Many stores link to manufacturers' website (which don't link to your websites) but forget to link to the WFCA's website.
Members can show your support for the WFCA by using one of the digital WFCA logos I have created for you to use. Here is how:
- Place your mouse cursor over any WFCA logo image and click the right mouse button to download and save the image to your computer.
- Or, put your mouse cursor inside any of the textboxes, click your right mouse button, then click on Select All, then right click again and select Copy, or press Ctrl key+c to grab the HTML code. Paste the HTML code directly into the source file for any web page or email it to your web developer.
